purchase, which provides access to updates, support, and cloud-based

An active license entitles you to:

- Access to technical support via email and/or ticketing for one year minimum
- Use of a unique activation key(s)
- Access to any cloud-based services or integrations

2. Activation Keys
------------------------------------------------------------
Each purchase includes a license (activation) key.

This key:
- Is tied to your account
- May be used on 1 website (not including staging sites) for the single site
  license or multiple sites for the multiple site license
- Must not be shared, resold, or published

We reserve the right to deactivate keys that are misused or exceed their usage 
limits.

3. Support and Updates Policy

Support, updates, new features, security patches, and access to cloud-based 
services or integrations are available only while your license is active.

If your license is disabled
- You will not receive updates, security patches, or new features
- You will not have access to technical support or cloud-based services

4. Fair Use and Termination

We monitor usage to prevent abuse. We may deactivate your activation key if we 
detect:
- Key sharing or publication
- Use on more websites than permitted
- Attempts to bypass or tamper with the licensing system
- Abuse or attempted abuse of remote services or platforms

5. Refund Policy

All payments for Preferred Sources CTA are final. Due to the low monthly cost and 
immediate access to digital services, we do not offer refunds, including for:

- Accidental purchases
- Partial months of service
- Change of mind
- Unused time or features

Purchases are non-refundable once processed, unless legally required by your
country of residence and only where waiving your rights to refunds or 
cancellations is not permitted.

For EU residents: By completing this purchase, you agree to receive digital 
content immediately and waive your right to a 14-day cancellation under EU 
consumer law.
